Do you have a fee for moving furniture?

We do not charge extra for moving furniture; We do move:

·         Couches/Chairs

·         Coffee tables/End tables

·         Dining tables (depending on size, weight, and sensitivity).

However, we do not move:

·          Extra large furniture (china hutches, beds)

·          Extra heavy furniture (book shelves, entertainment centers)

·          Extra breakable items (china, displays or memento’s)

·          Extra sensitive furniture/equipment (Pianos, TV’s, computers)

Do you restore water, fire, or smoke damage?

Because we specialize in dry we do not have the specialized equipment that can get something dry after a disaster. We understand how to get the carpet restored but we only have equipment that will get small disasters like a full glass of wine spilled before the party (or during… or even after), we also understand that these “disasters” may be as important to a homeowner. For this reason we are available for phone calls from about 7:00am to about 9:00pm. 7 days a week.

What communities do you serve?

We serve Seattle, Bellevue, S. King Co., Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Key Peninsula, Pierce Co., Port Orchard, Bremerton, Silverdale, Kitsap Co., and N. Mason Co. We appreciate referrals and understand that important people may not live in the same community for that reason we try to go the distance for our people. We will serve outlying areas depending on need.

What fees apply to a bid; am I obligated to have my carpets cleaned after the bid?


There are absolutely no fees to have a bid done! We are happy to come out and give you a free estimate at request, with no obligations whatsoever. Although we are prepared to clean your carpets at the time of the bid, you can have us back out at another time to do the actual cleaning. If you are uncomfortable with the cost, we can adjust to fit your needs, and you are not bound to an agreement to have us out.

How much are your services?

·         Seattle / Bellevue / S. King Co. 

We charge $ .35 per Square foot, and our Minimum fee is $150.00. We can clean an average living room and dining room for the minimum, and an average hall or bedroom costs $10.00 to $35.00. The average set of stairs costs about $35.00

·         Kitsap Co. / Gig Harbor / Key Peninsula / N. Mason

We charge $ .32 per Square foot, and our minimum fee is $150.00. We can clean an average living room and dining room for the minimum fee. An average hall or bedroom costs $8.00 to $30.00 and an average set of stairs usually costs $32.00

Note: Upholstery cleaning fees are based on size, material, soil load, and overall difficulty. Basically, we need to see it to make a bid.
